On April 12, 2019, Professor Zhuang Rui, Deputy Dean of the Institute of International Economics, was invited to participate in the "Symposium to Celebrate the 20th Anniversary of China-Japan-Korea Cooperation" held at the Diaoyutai State Guest House in Beijing, and published the title "International Economics The new situation and the direction of China-Japan-Korea cooperation" keynote speech. The seminar was hosted by China Foreign Affairs University and supported by the China-Japan-Korea Cooperation Secretariat (TCS). Representatives from the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Korean Embassy in China, and the Japanese Embassy in China, as well as dozens of experts and scholars from universities in China, Japan and South Korea attended the seminar. The participating scholars reviewed the historical achievements of China-Japan-Korea cooperation in the past 20 years, and conducted in-depth exchanges on the future cooperation of the three parties in economic, cultural, environmental and other fields. The meeting also released the "Consensus of Think Tanks on the 20th Anniversary of China-Japan-Korea Cooperation" document. Mainstream media such as Xinhua News Agency reported on this seminar.
