On September 18 to 19, 2017 International Investment Forum was held in Xiamen. The Dean of Institute of International Economy Baichuan Sang attended the meeting and made a speech at the investment salon of the International Investment Expert Committee. At his speech, he proposed to improve China's views on the absorption of foreign investment business environment.
